Anxiety doesn’t just affect one person in a relationship. It often shapes communication, stress patterns, and how partners support each other during difficult moments.
Heart & Mind Therapy is offering a 6-week couples skills group called “Stronger Together” designed to help couples better understand anxiety and learn practical tools for staying connected.

This small group experience focuses on building awareness, communication, and teamwork when anxiety shows up in daily life.
What Couples Will Learn
Participants in the group will:
Understand how anxiety affects relationships
Recognize common stress patterns between partners
Communicate needs more clearly
Support each other without feeling responsible for “fixing” anxiety
Strengthen connection and teamwork
The goal is not to eliminate anxiety, but to help couples respond to it in ways that protect their relationship.
