A place to de-stress and discover yourself and others.

Take time for yourself. Connect with others as you - not the many other roles you may have. Get support and support others in managing stress, relationships, parenting and more.

Support group for teens to connect, feel heard and develop their own identities and improve stress tolerance and relationship skills.

Ages: 13-17 years old

When: Weekly on Thursdays ongoing

Time: 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm


Location: Online

Cost: $10 per session

Teens long for connection but also want to forge their own path and identity. This group gives them the time and space to talk and connect in a space that is emotionally flexible and supported by a mental health professional.

Self exploration and connection with others on a similar path.

Ages: 9-12 years old

Adoption isn't a topic that comes up at the lunch table but it is ever present for children who are adopted/in foster care/kinship care. Just being with others who share a similar journey can help us feel less alone. This group will use creative expression and narrative therapy to help adoptees connect to their own thoughts and feelings about adoption in a way that respects where they are in their journey. Group will be led by an adult adoptee licensed mental health professional.

Support group for adult adoptees to connect.

Ages: 18 and up

When: Monthly 2nd Wed of the month ongoing

Time: 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm

Adoptees experience a life that begins with a loss. This can impact someone in multiple ways throughout life. This group often finds a place they fit in when they haven't felt that way before. The stories are different but the feelings and experiences are often so similar it makes the world less lonely to connect with each other. This group is open to adults who have been adopted/in foster care/raised by extended family/donor conceived.

Book Study and Support Group for Young Adults

Ages: 18-29 years old

When: Weekly on Mondays October 19th - Dec 7th

Time: 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

8 total sessions

Cost: $ 80 total ($10 per session)

This time is a tough one. Adulting, ugh! So many decisions, discovering who you are and who you are becoming. This group is going to be a book study of "Quarter Life Crisis" by Alexandra Robbins and Abby Wilner with discussion and support by Becky Lehman a counseling graduate student and certified recreation therapist. Becky will support the group members and members will support each other discussing the challenges, doubts and life questions about work/school/relationships and whatever else the group wants to explore.

Self Esteem and relationship building for Tweens

Ages: 10-12 years old

When: Weekly on Wednesdays October 14th - December 16th

Time: 4:30 pm - 5:30 pm

Middle school is so hard! So many changes and challenges. Is your tween struggling with finding their true colors? The best way to find them is through creative expression using games, art and more!

Social and Emotional Skill Building for Elementary Age Children

Ages: 4-10 years old and their parents/caregivers

When: Weekly on Saturdays Oct 24th - Dec 5th

Time: 10:00 am - 11:00 am

7 total sessions

Cost: $ 30 per session (per child/parent)

Is your child struggling with meltdowns, worries, fear or sadness? Are they refusing to cooperate, fighting with siblings or friends? Social and emotional development are individual trajectories but must occur in the context of relationships. It can not be taught in the traditional sense but can be improved through connection with others during play, watching and learning from others as well as learning ways to manage big emotions and feel empowered to handle what comes their way!

This is a concurrent group for children and parents/caregivers that will run at the same time.
