Not everyone who helps people heal is a therapist.

Some of the most important members of our team never sit in the therapy room. They answer the phone when someone finally works up the courage to reach out for help. They welcome clients. They solve problems. They help families navigate paperwork and scheduling. They support clinicians so clinicians can focus on the people they serve.

Over the years, one thing I've heard repeatedly from our administrative team is that they love being part of something bigger than themselves. They may not provide therapy, but they know their work matters. They help create the experience clients have with our practice from the very first contact.

At Heart & Mind Therapy, we believe every role contributes to helping people build regulation, connection, resilience, and healthier relationships. Whether someone is a therapist, a biller, an intake coordinator, or part of our administrative team, we're all working toward the same goal: helping people access quality care and feel supported along the way.

We're currently seeking a Client Care & Intake Coordinator to join our team.

If you're highly organized, enjoy helping people, love creating order from complexity, and would find meaning in supporting both clients and clinicians, we'd love for you to learn more about the position.

You don't have to be a therapist to make a difference.

You just have to care.
