Therapy should be a safe space for self-exploration, healing, and building stronger connections with the people who matter most. I am passionate about supporting individuals, couples, and families as they navigate anxiety, trauma, grief, and the challenges that arise within family systems. I especially value walking alongside families facing difficult health news—such as a chronic or terminal diagnosis—or those grieving the loss of a loved one.

My approach is compassionate, open, and inclusive. I affirm LGBTQIA+ identities, welcome alternative and non-biological family structures, and honor the many cultural ways families are defined. I draw from attachment theory, emotionally focused therapy, narrative therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy to help clients move toward more connection, peace, and resilience.

I am in my internship currently, pursuing my MS in Marriage and Family Therapy at Capella University. I practice under the supervision of Amy Reamer, LMFT, and Missy McKissick, LPC. As an intern, my work is supported by regular consultation and supervision, ensuring thoughtful, ethical, and high-quality care.
