How to address dysregulation (theirs and yours!)

I have to share this article because it explains fabulously and succinctly how the brain works during dysregulation and what a parent can do to help them calm and what not to do (which makes it worse). Let me know if you try this and how it goes. By helping them calm it’s like exercising the brain so they will be able to do it themselves easier next time. Taming the tiger! (Ah mig dah lah)
