Silas Wilde
Supervisee in Social Work | In-Person & Telehealth Therapy
Working with adults to build confidence, navigate life challenges, and create meaningful, lasting change.
“Everyone deserves a supportive, judgment-free space to explore who they are, make sense of their lives, and recover from trauma.”
Silas believes that every individual has the capacity to create positive change in their life with the right support, and this belief guides their work as a therapist. Silas takes a collaborative, empowerment-focused approach to help clients develop the skills and direction needed to move toward their goals. By honoring clients as the experts of their own lives and using a person-centered approach, Silas strives to create a safe and supportive space for healing and growth—especially following trauma, abuse, or relational challenges.
Silas works with adult individuals, supporting concerns related to trauma, anxiety, self-esteem, grief, mood disorders, and identity development. They also have experience working with young adults with learning challenges and adults navigating mental health crises. Silas is particularly interested in how culture, identity, and larger systems shape people’s experiences and inform how they understand themselves and the world around them.
Silas offers in-person therapy at our Lakeside office, including Saturday availability, and also provides telehealth sessions on select days. Their work emphasizes collaboration, respect, and flexibility to meet each client’s unique needs and preferences.
Silas is a Supervisee in Social Work, practicing under the supervision of Meagan Valenti, LCSW, and Hannah Mason, LCSW. Their work is supported through ongoing supervision and consultation to ensure ethical, attentive, and high-quality care.
