Quote:
“Are you ready to explore how your past can shape a brighter future?”
Peg specializes in working with teens, adults, seniors, and families who are navigating anxiety, depression, and the lasting effects of trauma. Many of the challenges clients bring into therapy are rooted in past experiences, including complex trauma, and Peg believes strongly that your past does not have to define your future. She offers in-person therapy at our Lakeside office, providing a supportive, grounded space for healing and growth across the lifespan.
Peg’s approach is client-centered and relational, with a strong emphasis on building trust and understanding each client’s unique needs. Grounded in compassion and empathy, she works collaboratively with individuals and families to make sense of patterns shaped by past experiences and to develop practical strategies for moving forward.
Peg integrates a variety of therapeutic tools into her work, including breathing and mindfulness practices and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) techniques. She supports clients with concerns such as relationship challenges, parenting stress, emotional regulation, anxiety in teens, and life transitions often experienced in later adulthood, always tailoring therapy to be both supportive and actionable.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Peg is dedicated to empowering individuals and families as they navigate life’s complexities. Her goal is to help clients build resilience, deepen self-understanding, and move toward meaningful, sustainable change at any stage of life.
