Pat Duzey

Pat serves as the Practice Coordinator at Heart & Mind Therapy, overseeing the administrative systems that support our clinicians, clients, and team as a whole. She provides leadership and coordination across billing, intake, and human resources systems, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and align with the mission and values of the practice.

In her role, Pat supports and guides the administrative team responsible for day-to-day billing and intake processes, helping maintain efficiency, accuracy, and clear communication. While she is not the primary point of contact for individual billing questions, her oversight helps ensure that clients and staff receive thoughtful, organized, and responsive support.

Pat also brings a deep appreciation for creativity into her work and into the culture of our practice. She shares her love of art with the team and believes that creative expression plays an important role in balance, regulation, and overall well-being—especially in busy, high-demand environments.

Her steady presence, attention to detail, and commitment to supporting both people and systems make her an integral part of the Heart & Mind Therapy team.
