Quote:
“Are you ready to explore your life story and uncover the strengths that can guide you toward a more fulfilling future?”
Has your life story taken an unexpected turn? Becky works with adults who are navigating major life transitions, illness, disability, caregiving roles, or the emotional weight of ongoing stress and responsibility. She offers in-person therapy at our Lakeside office, providing a calm, steady space to reflect, regain footing, and move forward with intention.
Life is a journey shaped by change, loss, and adaptation. Becky helps clients make sense of these experiences, respond more effectively to their circumstances, and relate to themselves and others in healthier, more supportive ways. Her work is especially supportive for individuals who feel overwhelmed, uncertain, or disconnected after a significant shift in their lives.
Becky brings many years of professional experience as a recreation therapist, with a special interest in supporting healthcare professionals, individuals with physical disabilities, and families navigating the impact of illness or disability. She has particular expertise in adjustment to disability, caregiver stress, grief and loss, anxiety, transition and role changes, and self-esteem concerns.
She offers a grounded, compassionate presence, coming alongside clients as they explore their life stories and identify the strengths that can support healing and growth. Becky’s approach is holistic, attending to the mind, body, and spirit. She also has training in Christian counseling and can integrate faith into therapy when desired.
