Quote:

“Are you ready to explore a more gracious way of living and cultivate greater self-compassion?”

Angelika’s goal as a counselor is to create a therapeutic environment that is compassionate, curious, and non-judgmental. She works with couples and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, self-criticism, and relational challenges, and who are seeking a more gracious and self-compassionate way of living. Angelika offers in-person therapy at our Lakeside office, providing a grounded, face-to-face space for meaningful connection and growth.

Angelika is dedicated to empowering clients to recognize that they are doing their best in an often unpredictable and difficult world. Her work supports clients in slowing down, increasing self-awareness, and developing kinder, more supportive ways of relating to themselves and to one another.

Her primary therapeutic modalities include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Polyvagal Theory, which she integrates to support emotional regulation, values-based living, and a greater sense of safety and connection within relationships. Angelika is especially passionate about helping individuals and couples cultivate self-worth and self-compassion as foundations for lasting change.

Angelika is a Resident in Counseling, practicing under the supervision of Melissa McKissick, LPC, and Amy Reamer, LMFT. Her work is supported by regular supervision and consultation to ensure ethical, attentive, and high-quality care.
