My goal as a counselor is to create an environment that is compassionate, curious, and non-judgmental. I am dedicated to empowering individuals to pursue a more gracious way of living, recognizing that we are all doing our best in an often unpredictable and difficult world. I am currently completing my internship as part of my master's program in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
My primary modalities are Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Polyvagal Theory, which I apply to support clients in their therapeutic journeys. I work with teens and adults, with a particular passion for helping individuals facing anxiety, depression, and relational challenges. I strive to help my clients cultivate self-worth and self-compassion.
I am currently a Resident in Counseling under the supervision of Melissa Horowitz, LPC, and Amy Reamer, LMFT.
