So I write this blog and I didn't want to do this in the 3rd person as if it wasn't me writing it...so... here's some self congratulations...
I love play therapy, not just because I get to wear capes and masks and play with kinetic sand...I love it because it works ... with kids and adults! To see faces light up, or work through something tough and then smile with a sense of courage and pride. I love connecting with them and showing them they are precious and important and all of their feelings are ok! Showing them they aren't in this fight alone.
I also love watching therapists learn and grow so Im looking forward to using a little play on them too now :)
