“Are you ready to find the support you need to navigate life’s challenges and strengthen your resilience?”
Feeling overwhelmed or stuck? Holly partners with clients to make sense of life’s challenges and past experiences while supporting growth, regulation, and resilience. She works primarily with children through in-person therapy at our Lakeside office, and also supports teens and adults using creative, nervous-system-informed approaches tailored to each stage of life.
With over 16 years of experience in the mental health field, including work as a school counselor, in crisis intervention, substance use recovery, and grief support, Holly brings a compassionate, steady, and well-rounded perspective to therapy. Her approach is holistic, strength-based, and creative, with a strong emphasis on helping clients feel safe, seen, and supported.
Holly specializes in play therapy and integrates Polyvagal Theory and the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) to support emotional regulation, attachment, and nervous system resilience. She also incorporates sand tray, Brainspotting, attachment-informed work, parts work, and cognitive-behavioral strategies as appropriate. Therapy is collaborative and paced to feel manageable and aligned for each client.
While Holly’s primary focus is working with children, she also enjoys supporting teens and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, grief, emotional regulation challenges, and life transitions, using expressive and experiential methods across the lifespan.
Outside the therapy space, Holly enjoys spending time outdoors with her dog, exploring trails, being with family, and training in Jiu-Jitsu, reflecting her belief in movement, balance, and embodied resilience.
