Individual/Couple/Family/Divorce Resilience/EPBDA - $150 Intake/Assessment 1 to 1 1/2 hours, $100 - 60 minute session, $80 - 30-45 minute session

Group services pricing is listed on the "Groups" page - typically $30 per hour.
Pre-marital counseling package including the SYMBIS Assessment - $499 per couple
Cash/Check/Debit Card/Credit Card/Flexpay/HSA cards accepted/ CSA funding accepted (see CSA service directory)
Receipts will be provided for submission to Flexible Spending/Health Savings Accounts
It is the client's responsibility to verify services can be reimbursed from the agency you will be requesting reimbursement from ie insurance (out of network - see below), flex-pay or other accounts prior to starting services.
Client/guardian is responsible for all payments regardless of 3rd party involvement at the time services are rendered unless alternative arrangements have been made in writing.
